Description
Proving its versatility over many years, the Power 12 x 12ft Pent Log Cabin will make the ideal home office, garden gym or just a comfortable retreat where you can relax at any time whatever the weather.
All the timber is obtained from a sustainable Scandinavian source and an innovative notching system allows the logs to tightly interlock to create weatherproof cladding. Waterproofing the roof is EPEM, this is a rubber based material that's far more durable than traditional felt and can have a lifespan of fifty years.
Inside you'll discover a bright environment, light streams through toughened glass double glazing which also insulates the cabin. This allows it to be used throughout the year with tilt & turn windows proving useful during warm weather when ventilation is required.
All the window and door frames are made from tough uPVC, easy to keep clean and with a contemporary anthracite grey appearance. The doors are fully glazed and they have a low threshold to enable easy entry, depending on your preference they can be positioned on either side of the cabin.
The flooring is finished with Burford style skirting, and all the boards used for the floor and roof are 19mm thick in the attractive and hardwearing tongue & groove style. Security is provided by a 5 point key lock fitted to the doors and this will give you peace of mind when the cabin is not being used.
To save you time and expense, the ridge height has been deliberately kept below 2.5 metres so that it is unlikely that planning permission is necessary. Extra deep purlins have also been employed to ensure the cabin remains strong and rigid.
Rot is always a concern with timber buildings but the cabin has tanalised bearers that help air to circulate and a gutter edge drip plate protects the cladding from rain damage. With features such as these and the use of high quality materials, Power are able to offer a ten year guarantee against rot and decay.

Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks). (Please allow an extra few more days for parts of Scotland and selected post codes including AB, DD, EX, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PL, PH, SA, TQ, TR). For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
