Description
Superbly designed to enhance your garden, well appointed and highly practical for leisure and other uses, the Power 12 x 12ft Apex Log Cabin is an impressive structure in so many different ways.
The cabin's appearance is defined by thick 44mm timber logs that have been sourced responsibly from Scandinavia and the stylish apex roof with gutter edge drip plate that's waterproofed by an EPDM covering that boasts an expected 50 year life span.
As the roof is less than 2.5 metres high, you shouldn't have to worry about planning permission and access is through low threshold double doors that can be placed on either side depending on your preference or the location.
There's no doubt the interior is well insulated with extensive double glazing fitted with toughened glass and tilt & turn opening windows that offer refreshing ventilation during the summer and warmth in the colder months.
Tongue & groove roof and floorboards with Burford style skirting are 19mm thick, extra deep roof purlins add rigidity, and both door and window frames are made from durable anthracite grey uPVC. Also, to secure the cabin and its contents, the doors have a 5 point key lock mechanism.
Assembling the cabin is made much easier by interlocking logs with a notching system, and there are tanalised bearers to increase air circulation and discourage rot, against which there is a ten year guarantee.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
