Description
Sometimes getting focused work done in your home can be challenging for a variety of reasons. The Pantheon Welbeck 16 x 13 ft reverse apex garden office provides you with the perfect solution, a quiet and peaceful environment away from the home purposefully designed for productivity.
Make no mistake, however, this building can be used however you wish! Whether as a hobby room, studio, gym, summerhouse or even storage it's up to you.
Enter the office through the tall double doors which come with built-in double-glazed windows made from toughened glass and a secure mortice lock for added security.
Once inside you'll see that there's a partition wall that separates the office into two workspaces or two different rooms which may serve different purposes. Each space is well-lit by natural light that floods in through the 4 double-glazed toughened safety glass windows, all of which are openable so you can create a draft during those summer months.
The reverse apex roof adds a traditional touch to the otherwise contemporary, minimalistic appeal of the building as well as plentiful headroom on the inside!
The building as a whole is incredibly well-designed and robust thanks to the tongue & groove cladding used throughout. The interlocking log board walls are 44cm thick so you can rest assured you can use your office any time of year, even during the worst of the British weather!
You can add further durability to your office by opting to have it pressure-treated from the options below. Choosing to have the building treated will also extend your warranty to 15 years.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 15 - 20 working days (3 - 4 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
