Description

Purposefully designed to be an excellent office environment, the inside will be kept illuminated throughout the day thanks to the inclusion of four large double-glazed windows, 2 of which are fixed and built into the doors whilst the other two are openable to allow for air circulation during the hotter months of the year.
Entry is granted through the wide and 6ft tall double doors which come with a mortice lock as standard to keep your office equipment safe when you're not around. Once inside, you'll notice the ample headroom offered by the traditionally styled reverse apex roof which comes with green mineral felt for optimal water resistance.
Obviously, you aren't limited to using this space as an office. Instead, you may wish to use it as a hobby room, studio, summerhouse or even a gym, it's entirely up to you.
Whatever you choose to use it for, you can rest assured it can be used throughout the year thanks to the thick tongue & groove cladding used for the interlocking log board walls, roof and floor which altogether provide a robust structure with strong resistance to inclement weather! You may choose to increase the strength further by opting for pressure treatment from the options below which would also extend the guarantee to 15 years.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or any other offshore island not stated, due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 15 - 20 working days (3 - 4 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
