Description
The Palmako Ella 9 x 9 ft log cabin with 11 ft canopy blends versatile functionality and style. Ideal for an office, gym, or entertaining space, its bright interior is created by safety glass double doors. Crafted from durable Nordic spruce, it withstands weather extremes, bringing an elegant and practical addition to your garden.
This distinctive building is constructed from Nordic spruce, a timber with fabulous qualities that's slow grown in northern European forests. Its colour and hardwearing nature are unquestioned and these can be enhanced by the use of optional preservatives.
Wide double doors lead into the log cabin over a low stainless steel clad sill, they are glazed with safety glass to ensure that the interior is bathed in light and can be used for anything from a home office to gymnasium.
The canopied portion also has a wide number of uses, particularly entertaining and making use of the shade and shelter as the weather demands. It is enclosed at the rear for privacy and to act as a wind break.
So that the solid board roof is completely waterproof, EPDM can be applied, this is a rubber material designed for gluing onto flat roofs but mineral felt is a good alternative, supplied on a roll it is easily installed by nailing in place.
Wind braces add strength, foundation joists are pre-treated to ensure longevity and your substantial garden addition can be finished by adding guttering that diverts water into a butt while protecting the timber cladding.

Free delivery applies within mainland England and Wales but excludes Scottish Borders, mainland Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles.
Delivery to Scotland postcodes will require a delivery surcharge, which can be seen on the delivery options above.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of the product, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, any other Offshore Island or Isle or to another country.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 30 - 40 working days (6 - 8 weeks) as this product is are imported on an order-by-order basis.
The carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product
This product is made to order and imported on an order-by-order basis. Therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production and/or importation may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles & Unloading
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton or 15-ton lorry, which is about the size of a dustbin lorry or large flatbed, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. Any pallets and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

All Palmako products, as standard and unless otherwise stated are delivered unassembled in kit form with the timber being unpainted and untreated. Roofing options such as felt, EPDM and shingles may not come as standard so please check the description carefully. Depending on the model, we suggest additional extras and accessories to match with your Palmako building such as timber treatment and roofing options - these can be found under product options. Sizes shown are maximum dimensions and should be used for guidance only.
