Description
From Lasita Maja comes another very impressive log cabin, the Baruda 53. Sporting a 40mm thick interlocking log wall, it provides you with a perfect garden getaway for almost any outdoor space.
Constructed using only the finest, slow-grown Nordic Spruce timber for a structure that will last for years to come, backed by the manufacturer's guarantee. Not only is this timber known for its durability, but it's also known for its smooth consistent finish throughout.
With its straight edges and pent roof, the Baruda has a contemporary feel to it whilst offering you a warm and cosy escape from the outside world. The ridge height has been intentionally made to be less than 2.5m so as a British homeowner you do not have to apply for planning permission based on its height. There are other factors to take into consideration however so we always recommend checking with your local authority before commencing construction.
Assembly has been made easy using the interlocking build style of the 40mm thick log walls with fully detailed instructions of course supplied with the cabin. The roof and floor both make use of tongue & groove cladding using 18mm thick boards for a sturdy and weatherproof build. Furthermore, chalet corner jointing and treated bearers have been used throughout for added strength and peace of mind.
Entry to your cabin is granted through a large set of laminated double doors complete with built-in double glazed windows and a stainless steel covered low threshold. Once inside you'll notice it's well lit with natural light that's able to illuminate the interior through the 3 single windows that are also double glazed and open inwards. These windows can be assembled in different positions during assembly to suit your preference.
The roof covering is not included, leaving you with a choice of felt, premium felt or shingles which are available in a variety of colours. Also available is a guttering kit, an insulation kit and a painted finish - choose from the options below.

Inclusive Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Scotland
We offer inclusive delivery on Lasita Maja log cabins and structures within England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
We can deliver to certain non-mainland locations (as deemed by our carrier), however, a surcharge will apply. This includes delivery to:
- Northern Ireland
- Northern Scotland Including KW, IV, AB, PA, FK, KY, EH, ML, G, PH, DD and KA
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands Including HS1-9, ZE1-3, KA27-28, KW15-17
- Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
- The Channel Islands and Scilly Isles
In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote if you require delivery to one of our non-mainland stated areas and we will be happy to provide you with our best price to deliver to you.
Unfortunately, due to the large nature of the products, we are unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland or to any other country not stated above.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 8 weeks (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 - 8.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
