Description
Get growing in no time with Vegepod's easy to use small raised garden planter, an innovative take on a standard raised planter offering you a built-in, automatic irrigation system as well as a plethora of other useful options to help grow your favourite veggies or crops.
Designed in Australia, the land of hot summers, this comprehensive growing system will have all it needs to withstand our British summers by utilising their innovative 'pod' design, which is easy to assemble with no tools required, you're able to keep your plants or vegetables hydrated using the misting sprayer and water reservoirs which hold up to 16 litres of water, allowing your plants to absorb only as much water as they need enabling them to go for weeks without additional water.
The Vegecover, which comes included, creates a microclimate, protecting your crops from harsh weather conditions. This cover is manufactured using a commercial grade, permeable mesh allowing sunlight and air to reach your crops easily.
As well as being a contained raised gardening bed allowing you to control the growth and veggie quality in a separate environment, you can also keep the slugs and pests at bay using the secured canopy hinged clips which also allow for easy access to your pod.
From the options below you have a choice of either a Vegepod stand or trolley, to add additional height to your pod, bringing it up to roughly waist height, avoiding the initial frost and a bad back! The trolley sports wheels enabling you to easily manoeuver your pod once erected.
Vegepod also offers medium and large-sized models.

Only otherwise available in commercial farming, Vegepod Booster is a premium quality edible plant solution with a complex formula. It's a unique blend which has been specifically formulated to stimulate and rejuvenate soils for edible plants as they demand vigorous and sustained productivity within contained raised beds such as a Vegepod.
1)Shake well before use
2)Must be diluted to approx. 30ml of Booster to 9 litres of water
3)Apply every 2 weeks to boost poor soil quality or rejuvenate depleted soils
Do not use in conjunction with other fertilisers.
For soils already rich in nutrients, apply as a conditioner every 4 weeks to keep the soil rich and healthy.

The cover creates a greenhouse/polly tunnel environment for plants, allowing sunlight to come through and trapping the heat in, whilst keeping extreme cold and precipitation out.
When the temperature or amount of natural light gets low, we advise removing the mesh cover when using the winter cover as it provides 17% shade.
