We offer fast and free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest sheds.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details). Delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year depending on the availability of delivery vehicles.
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Lovely greenhouse, shame about the instructions !
I've just finished building the greenhouse, 2 weeks after delivery - I'd say the actual build and painting took a solid 4 or 5 days. It looks very nice now it's completed, but I found the instructions hard to follow. I'm a reasonably competent DIY-er, having clad a wall with wood, and made a built in desk, plus an exterior garden planter, all from scratch. There's not enough detail in the instructions, I found myself having to go back to the website to check photos and make sure I was doing things the right way. And the photos didn't always tally with the instructions (collapsible shelf, I'm looking at you !). As some other reviewers have said, it would also be easier if the holes were pre-drilled. Having said all that, and now it's finished, I'm very happy with it - it's just what I wanted. Delivery was very efficient too.

Excellent, just what I wanted
Perfect in terms of size and design. I couldn’t have a huge potting shed as we love our garden, pond etc. This is idealfor us. Paint/protect it before assembly which isn’t difficult. Be patient too!

Enjoyed building even though there were some unexpected issues
Excellent service and aftersales support. Product arrived much quicker that expected and was great fun to build. That said, there were a few unexpected issues, in particular with 4 x wonkey doors. (two fixed - two that open), which were replaced promptly as soon as the problem was identified.

It’s nice but a pain to build
I purchased the greenhouse along with the auto vents for my birthday back in March/April. Due to Covid the delivery took a while to arrive which is fine. It finally arrived end of May/start of June. Instructions state you need a drill to make holes which is fine if you have one or are somewhat decent at diy. It took us a couple days to put together as I was painting it as we went along. Some of the bits are so fiddly so I would have preferred some pre drilled holes to make sure it’s built correctly. Somehow the doors warped so they don’t close properly, we’ve had to sand them and same thing with the vents which we’ve also had to sand after the auto vents warped because the vents got stuck. I’ve got to sand it further as it still catches when opening. The auto vents worked for around 3 days and have since not worked. One warped as I mentioned above due to extreme pressure as it couldn’t open the vent and I didn’t realise as I wasn’t home at the time so that was a waste of money. The other auto vent that should be working refuses to even with the hot weather we had last week (19th July) so I’m very tempted to return them as faulty because they clearly aren’t doing their job. Overall the greenhouse looks nice and works well, my plants are happy at the moment, will have to see how it holds up over the years. If the makers of the greenhouse read these, please pre-drill the holes, will save us scrambling to borrow a drill from a friend who also needs it.

Just what I wanted
The greenhouse is pretty much exactly as I expected it to be. It arrived late January, in lockdown, so I decided to paint it as I had nothing else to do. It was pretty damp when it arrived, so we had to bring the pieces into the house to dry out for several days first. Painted every piece with 2 coats of of Cuprinol Garden Shades (used nearly all of a 2.5L tin), and was very happy with the result. I slid the glazing panels out of the 2 opening roof windows to paint the bit you couldn't otherwise get to. Took 2 of us half a day to put it together- it wasn't difficult, but there were one or 2 little hiccups. Make sure you put the top and bottom front crosspieces on the right way round so the recesses for the door catches are both in the right place! Cue a little chiselling and filling... The shelves on one side wouldn't fit in, so we had to undo the middle screw fixing the back and side panel together, slide the shelves in, then put the screw back in. Followed the advice of others and used a piece of the packing crate as a cover strip for the join between the 2 back panels, which makes it feel much sturdier. I also put a strip on the edge of one of the doors on the inside, to cover the gap between them, as it was quite wide. The finish/quality of some of the bits of timber was a bit variable, some of it could be better, but you don't notice once it's all been assembled. We had ordered one autovent with it, which worked extremely well, and I have now ordered one for the other window as well. Depending on what I end up growing, I can see myself making alterations to enable one of the top side shelves to be removable to allow for more taller plants. Very excited to see what new things I can grow this summer!

Fantastic product
This greenhouse is excellent! Delivery was earlier than expected, it took us around 3 hours to assemble, we painted it a pale green and it looks fantastic in our garden!

Long term, acrylic is a great material for outdoor use as it is highly weather resistant and does not pose the same danger as glass when children are playing nearby.
