Description
At 20ft long, this is the largest Elite Titan K800. A striking lean to whose conservatory style and superb specifications are made possible by the outstanding strength of Core Vect technology.
This technology, used in the past on Titan heavy duty greenhouses, allows tall and broad double doors to be fitted. They can be installed at the front or either end, this is particularly useful if the location has any accessibility restrictions.
The doors slide easily open to reveal an extensive interior with high ridge and eaves. A five blade louvre and four roof vents prevent overheating and ensure a refreshing flow of air. So this is an environment that's ideal whether you intend to use the K800 as a greenhouse or purely as an extension to your living space.
The long pane toughened glass is British Standard Class 6206 Grade A and fills the lean to with light. It's more expensive than small panes but the larger pieces of glass create much crisper lines and, as there is no overlapping, algae will not collect.
Another feature that the Titan K800 has borrowed from conservatory design are flat cills, this will save you time and expense as no base is needed.
As you will have gathered, after buying a Titan you can create a bespoke structure that satisfies your particular requirements, these can be both practical or concern the lean to's appearance.
Colour therefore can be an important consideration, and the frame can be finished with a choice of five powder coated colours or left as silver milled aluminium.
Please Note: If you have anything overhanging the ridge on a lean to, please allow 1ins (25mm) height clearance for the roof vent. The photographs illustrate various Kensington lean to greenhouses and show both standard features that are listed below and optional accessories that can be purchased separately.

Bar capping is a continuous strip glazing system used instead of glazing clips, this gives a far neater streamlined appearance. It's made from PVC and is UVI treated.

Option 4 > Elite Aluminium Hybrid Panels?
Elite Hybrid Aluminium Panels
Elite's aluminium hybrid panels come as a complete set to replace the section of glazing at the bottom of your greenhouse, offering an extremely strong, virtually unbreakable on-impact durability which is great to protect your greenhouse from being hit or knocked with the lawnmower, stones and pets.
If you have chosen standard silver aluminium for your greenhouse frame, then you will need to choose a powder-coated colour for your hybrid frames (hybrid panels are not available in plain silver). Colours available are:
Green, White, Black, Graphite, Brown, Berry, Olive, Stone, Mocha or Navy.
Please let us know your colour choice in the Notes section during checkout.
If you have chosen a powder-coated colour for your greenhouse frame, then the hybrid panels will be colour matched to that colour unless otherwise stated.
Option 5 > Would you like Additional Double Doors?
Double Doors are supplied as standard however you can choose to add additional sets of Double Doors, a maximum of 3 sets in total. If you choose to add additional Double Doors you will need to check 1 of the first 3 boxes below. You then add to your initial choice by checking any other appropriate boxes. You may have to check up to 3 check boxes. This is a complex option so please choose carefully!

Vents in a greenhouse increase air flow and avoid excessive temperatures. It's simple to install, merely adapting one of the existing glass panels on the roof.
This is the standard milled aluminium silver version to match the same colour greenhouse frame.

When used in conjunction with an Elite Louvre window, this device can be pre-set to open the window as and when needed when the temperature reaches a certain degree.
Accessories > Staging
Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.
You can have staging down one or both sides of your greenhouse, either to fully fit the sides or just to partially cover.
Please Note: In order to fix staging against a wall, as opposed to the greenhouse framework, you will be required to source your own fixings.

Accessories > Shelving
By adding a shelf or two to your greenhouse, you'll have added workspace areas to store small tools, pots and seedlings. Each set of shelves comes complete with the necessary braces to install them to your Elite greenhouse frame.
Shelving can be installed on both sides of your greenhouse.
Each shelf can be adjusted to any height you require and fit your greenhouse framework with the included diagonal braces.

A 2KW Electrical floor-standing heater that is ideal for smaller greenhouse where space is limited.
Using the separate digital thermostat you can set temperatures in the range of -50°C to + 99°C with an unrivalled output of 2000 W and air circulation rate of 400 m3/h. This ensures that your greenhouse is always maintained at the right level.

Each kit comprises of pipe work and outlets for one end of each gutter and stoppers to terminate the opposite ends. The system works by collecting the rainwater into a barrel or other designated outlet. Compatible with Elite’s unique half round integral gutter only.

Delivery Timeframe
Delivery will typically be made within the below timeframes, depending on the model:

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a Class II, 15 tonne, 11’4” high, 30’ long and 8’6” wide lorry. This may depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

When purchasing from GardenSite, you are buying 100% genuine and official Elite products including the frame, glazing and accessories. All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.
