Description
The recently released Elite Titan K800 greenhouse feels more like a conservatory than a lean to, with the fresh 'Titan' design utilising Core Vect technology that adds strength to a structure that's contemporary in style and a wonderful enhancement to your home.
We really can't over emphasise the qualities presented by a K8+. At 8ft x 10ft it's spacious enough to be a conservatory or traditional lean to. A high ridge, increased by 9ins, and tall eaves create a superb environment.
Spending time in the Titan K800 is a very pleasurable experience, with toughened glass that has excellent light transmission creating a bright environment, and a 5 blade louvre and roof vent introducing a fresh air. The glass is manufactured to BS6206 standard and, as it is long pane, will not collect algae and moss in the same way as shorter pieces of glass.
Double doors with finger tip control are well above average height and wide enough to make access very easy. The doors can be fitted at either end or the front depending where the K8+ is located. This is only one of the choices that are available with this good looking structure.. There are six finishes including five powder coated colours to choose from, bar capping, and many optional extras.
No base is required as this model, similar to a conservatory, designed with flat cills. An 8ft Diamond Shelf is also already in place and this is an indication of the top quality specifications of this very strong and attractive lean to.
Please note: If you have anything overhanging the ridge on a lean to, allow 1ins (25mm) height clearance for the roof vent. Photographs illustrate various Kensington greenhouses and show both standard features that are listed below and optional accessories that can be purchased separately.

Option 4 > Elite Aluminium Hybrid Panels?
Elite Hybrid Aluminium Panels
Elite's aluminium hybrid panels come as a complete set to replace the section of glazing at the bottom of your greenhouse, offering an extremely strong, virtually unbreakable on-impact durability which is great to protect your greenhouse from being hit or knocked with the lawnmower, stones and pets.
If you have chosen standard silver aluminium for your greenhouse frame, then you will need to choose a powder-coated colour for your hybrid frames (hybrid panels are not available in plain silver). Colours available are:
Green, White, Black, Graphite, Brown, Berry, Olive, Stone, Mocha or Navy.
Please let us know your colour choice in the Notes section during checkout.
If you have chosen a powder-coated colour for your greenhouse frame, then the hybrid panels will be colour matched to that colour unless otherwise stated.
Option 5 > Would you like Additional Double Doors?
Double Doors are supplied as standard however you can choose to add additional sets of Double Doors, a maximum of 3 sets in total. If you choose to add additional Double Doors you will need to check 1 of the first 3 boxes below. You then add to your initial choice by checking any other appropriate boxes. Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.
You can have staging down one or both sides of your greenhouse, either to fully fit the sides or just to partially cover.

By adding a shelf or two to your greenhouse, you'll have added workspace areas to store small tools, pots and seedlings. Each set of shelves comes complete with the necessary braces to install them to your Elite greenhouse frame.

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a Class II, 15 tonne, 11’4” high, 30’ long and 8’6” wide lorry. This may depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Please Note: Some retailers offer non-genuine copies of Elite greenhouse frames or Elite frames along with non-genuine glazing, bases, powder coating, staging and accessories. When purchasing from GardenSite, you are buying 100% genuine and official Elite products including the frame, glazing and accessories. All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.

The access to my garden is through a 3ft x 6ft side gate, what is the size of largest component? How easy is assembly?
We Replied:Thank you for your question. The box will hold the longest length of aluminium which is 10ft 6ins in this instance. The other dimensions of the box are approximately 6ins x 12ins, but this may vary depending on your exact order. Providing there are no sharp corners you should not have difficulty getting it through your side gate. In the worst case you would have to unpack the box and take the pieces through individually. The glass will also fit but again the same applies as it can be unpacked if necessary. Providing you have some basic DIY skills, are able bodied, and have some assistance it is not a difficult project. Give yourself time, check the available height of the back wall and do not try to install the glass on a windy day. We have a 12ft x 8ft Windsor on display at our Sutton Coldfield garden centre so you can either visit or call if you have specific questions.
