With a design that emphasizes sturdiness and accessibility, the Value 6ft x 2ft Greenhouse is a freestanding structure that can be used by keen gardeners all year round.
Boasting a 25 year guarantee you would be correct in thinking that the architectural aluminium frame is substantially constructed, but it is also quite portable and can be moved around the garden if required, positioned on any surface that's level and anchored with the supplied kit.
This compact greenhouse is glazed with 3mm toughened glass, completely safe if children are playing nearby as it shatters rather than breaks into shards. Gardeners will certainly appreciate the light transmission and this type of glass also retains heat within the greenhouse very well.
Seed trays can be placed on the three wide and narrow shelves in the spring, while during the winter tender plants can be protected from the frost. The height of the shelving can be adjusted, there are optional shelf covers and, to make room for large plants, it's possible to remove the shelves altogether.
Greenhouse ventilation is always an important factor and this one has glass panels that slide open in the summer to ensure humidity and temperature are optimized. To enhance the flow of air, there is an option for an automatic louvre, which will come in particularly useful when you go on holiday.
A shade cover will prevent your plants from overheating or being scorched by intense sunlight and there is also a mist watering kit that will ensure they receive an adequate amount of water without the need for a watering can.

Delivery Information
Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales
Delivery is normally within 7 working days for in-stock standard models, and 15 - 20 working days (3 - 4 weeks) for powder-coated / colour-frame models (as these are made to order).
Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. Above Glasgow and Edinburgh, and the Scottish Highlands will unfortunately incur a separate delivery charge due to carrier restrictions - For a quote to these locations, simply add your chosen item to the basket, and then choose the "Quote Me Now" button at the bottom of the basket and we'll email you back with our lowest priced quotation for your consideration.
Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and any offshore islands will also need to be quoted for delivery on a case-by-case basis.
Choosing & Unloading Your Delivery
A delivery date will be booked in in advance via direct contact from the third-party courier service via phone, text or email. A choice of available dates will be available to you, with a 3-hour time slot on the chosen day.
Due to the nature of this product and carrier restrictions, we cannot always guarantee that the delivery can be made to a preferred location, including a room inside of your home or to the back garden, and on occasions may only be able to be made to the front of the property or the nearest location. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods on a pallet can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway).
