Description
With a spacious interior that can protect various items from unwanted attention, the Power 8ft x 8ft Security Apex Shed is a popular size and can be configured to suit the location and your individual requirements.
Access to the shed can be through a door placed at the front or rear and opening left or right. You can even choose to have double doors if you prefer. Security is provided by a 5 pin cylinder lock with 50mm bolt that can be operated from either side and is fitted with a solid brass escutcheon plate. Anti-vandal screws are supplied and these can be fitted to the hinges.
44mm x 28mm heavy-duty framing means that the shed can withstand bad weather and high windows, particularly as corner braces are also fitted to ensure the structure stays rigid and panels are screwed together to double their strength.
Everything stored inside this impressive building will remain perfectly dry as the shed walls are made from weatherproof and water repellent shiplap tongue & groove panels, as are the hardwearing floor and roof that's covered by bitumen infused felt reinforced by a polyester lining.
Scandinavian timber has a lovely appearance and extremely durable characteristics. it's been slow grown and sourced sustainably from northern Europe and then dip-treated in a special water-based preservative that contains wax. As a result, although you can paint the shed, no more treatment is necessary for over a year.
You'll find that the tall apex roof creates plenty of internal headroom and, situated high along one side, are three toughened glass windows that let a useful amount of light into the shed. With all hinges and other metalwork galvanized to prevent rust, the manufacturers offer a ten-year guarantee against decay and rot.

Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
