Description
Keeping any valuable equipment, tools and various other belongings safely hidden from unwanted attention, the Power 8ft x 4ft Security Pent Shed is robustly constructed and designed so that it can be personally customized.
Shiplap tongue & groove cladding made from extremely durable Scandinavian timber weatherproofs this substantial shed and the warp-resistant wood is dip treated in a special preservative to maximize its lifespan. Although no more treatment is needed for twelve months, this does not prevent the shed from being painted.
The hardwearing floor and roof are similarly constructed and bitumen saturated felt, with a polyester lining to prevent tearing, waterproofing the roof to ensure the interior and all contents are kept dry. Great strength is provided by 44mm x 28mm framing, panels are screwed together and so that the shed remains rigid, corner braces are fitted.
You can choose whether the door is hinged on the left or right and it's also your decision to have access at the front or rear. Double doors are another option and anti-vandal hinge screws are supplied. The high security 5 pin security door lock has a 50mm bolt and can be operated from both sides. Three keys are included and it is fitted with a solid brass escutcheon plate.
Inside the shed you'll appreciate the generous amount of headroom, there is also light from four windows, these are glazed with toughened glass and discretely placed high up on two sides so that all the contents continue to be out of sight. All the ironmongery including hinges and the door pull are galvanized to prevent rust and there's a ten-year guarantee against decay and rot.

The EPDM will come with either an adhesive spray or a tin of adhesive with a roller, depending on the size of the building.
Please Note: the EPDM will be delivered separately from the garden building. While we will make every effort to coordinate delivery dates, it is possible that the EPDM will arrive on a different day than the garden building.
Delivery of EPDM is not available for Northern Ireland.

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on our Power branded sheds.
Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
