Description
With such a large capacity that's full of potential, the Power 6ft x 20ft Security Apex Shed is as an attractive appearance and can be configured so that its impressive design and specifications match your ambitions and the location.
You can choose to install the standard single door at the front or rear and it can open on the left or right. Another option is to have double doors and anti-vandal screws that can be used for the galvanized hinges that are rust-resistant.
The shed is large enough to have numerous uses in conjunction with leisure or work, whatever is inside will be secured by a 5 pin cylinder door lock that has a 50mm bolt. This has a solid brass escutcheon plate and can be operated from within the shed and externally.
Reinforcing the building is heavy duty 44mm x 28mm framing with corner braces ensuring structurally it remains rigid. Adding further strength are the panels that are screwed together and a sagging roof is prevented by regularly spaced trusses.
Constructed from shiplap tongue & groove Scandinavian timber which is grown slowly so that it's durable and warp-resistant, the cladding, hardwearing floor and roof are all weatherproof and watertight.
The wood has also been dip treated in a preservative with a special water-based formula that contains wax. This means that no re-treatment is required for at least a year but the shed can be painted.
Bitumen saturated felt covers the roof. To prevent tearing and rippling, this has a polyester lining and, because the ridge is comfortably high, there's lots of headroom inside. In addition, ten toughened glazed windows allow in light while keeping the shed contents out of view.
It's certainly apparent that this is a shed that's well-appointed using only excellent quality materials, advanced preservative has been applied and long term reassurance is offered by a ten-year guarantee against decay and rot.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
