Description
With so much space, the Power 6ft x 20ft Apex Shed has tremendous potential and can be customised in numerous ways so that it ideally suits the use you have in mind and any particular location.
It's a well constructed and robust building that benefits from slow-grown Scandinavian timber which has superb strength and undoubted durability. This warp-resistant wood is sourced sustainably from managed forests and is perfect for a shed of this size and quality.
As it is dip treated using an advanced preservative, the wood's hardwearing characteristics are enhanced and there's no need for any further preservative to be applied for twelve months, saving you time and expense, although the shed can be painted if you so wish.
Whether you choose to have a single door or double doors, these can be installed at either end and are fitted with a secure key lock. The single door can open to the left or right and the hinges are galvanized to prevent rust and deterioration.
Light is an important consideration in a building of this size although you can choose to have no windows at all if you want to keep the contents hidden from view. The windows are glazed with toughened glass and have PVC sills so that rain doesn't seep inside. Once in the shed you'll discover plenty of headroom and this, together with so much light, presents many opportunities.
Framing needs to be substantial and it certainly is at 44mm with panels that are screwed to provide additional strength. Corner braces add rigidity and there are regular trusses to prevent a sagging roof which might be a particular problem for a shed of such impressive proportions.
Shiplap tongue & groove cladding is attractive as well weather-resistant and is also used for the floor and roof which is covered in felt saturated with bitumen and has a polyester lining that is designed to prevent tearing and rippling.
Boasting a ten-year guarantee against decay, rot and insect infestation, this terrific shed can be fitted with standard 4ft or 6ft shelving or cut to a specified length, a matching base kit is also available for location on soil, gravel or grass.

Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 5 - 7 working days (one to one and a half weeks) after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
