Description
The Power 4ft x 12ft Security Apex Shed is a slim design that will be perfect for certain locations whether this is an allotment, your garden or place of work, it can also be customized to suit personal requirements.
Everything inside is protected by a 5 pin cylinder lock with a 50mm bolt that can be operated from both sides of the door. The lock has a solid brass escutcheon plate and you are provided with three keys.
You have the choice of hinging the door on either side so that it opens from the left or right, and another option is to fit the door at the front or rear. Double doors are also available and anti-vandal screws are supplied for the hinges.
The shed is certainly solidly constructed with heavy-duty 44mm x 28mm framing that reinforces the Scandinavian timber cladding. Corner braces are in place to maintain rigidity and the panels are screwed together to double their strength
Shiplap tongue & groove cladding is weatherproof and the hardwearing floor and watertight roof are built in the same attractive and very practical style. The roof is also covered in bitumen saturated felt that has a polyester lining to prevent tearing.
All the wood has been drip treated, it is naturally very durable and the specially formulated water-based preservative enhances the timber's qualities. No more treatment is necessary for at least twelve months but you can paint the shed if you prefer.
With a tall apex roof, the shed offers lots of headroom to make moving around easy and four windows high up on one side allow some light to enter, these have toughened glass and are internally beaded.
Hinges and other ironmongery are galvanized against rust and, as the manufacturers are so confident that no rot or decay will occur, they offer a ten-year guarantee.

Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
