Description
Ideal for your allotment, garden or place of work, the Power 4ft x 10ft Security Apex Shed is a safe storage space that can be customized to fit a particular location or match any personal preferences.
All the contents are protected by the 5 pin cylinder door lock which contains a 50mm bolt. This has a solid brass escutcheon plate and can be operated from inside the shed as well as outside, with three keys are provided.
To accommodate certain locations you may want the door hinged on the right or left and installed at the front or rear of the shed. All these variations are possible as is the option of having double door access. Anti-vandal screws are also supplied which can be used instead of standard screws.
Heavy-duty 44mm x 28mm framing means that the shed is more than able to withstand high winds and bad weather, especially as corner braces are also in position and panels are screwed together.
Cladding is weather-resistant shiplap tongue & groove, this attractive style is also very practical as it repels rainwater. The floor and roof are similarly hardwearing, and the shed is waterproofed by bitumen saturated felt with a polyester backing.
Scandinavian timber from sustainable northern European forests is renowned for durability and it has been dip treated to enhance its natural qualities. The advanced preservative is water-based so that you can paint the shed if required but it contains wax so that re-treatment is not necessary for at least a year.
You'll appreciate the plentiful headroom that the tall apex roof creates and so that some light enters the shed, there are toughened glass windows with internal beading high along one side. Hinges and other ironmongery are galvanized against rust and, confident that no rot or decay will occur, the manufacturers offer a ten-year guarantee.

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on our Power branded sheds.
Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 5 - 7 working days (one to one and a half weeks) after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
