Description
With so many uses, the Power 18ft x 6ft Pent Shed is an attractive and substantial structure built from high-quality Scandinavian timber and designed so that can be customized and configured in many different ways.
The walls, floor and roof are all shiplap tongue & groove which is reliably weatherproof. the wood is warp-resistant and has been dip treated using a special preservative containing wax so that it doesn't need to be re-treated for twelve months,
Due to the location, you may want to enter the shed from the front or rear, both are possible, and you can choose to have a right or left opening single door or double doors. They are fitted with a key lock and the rust-resistant hinges are galvanized.
Such a large shed needs extensive glazing and this is provided by eight windows fitted with toughened glass that has internal beading and PVC sills to prevent water ingress. However, if you don't want the contents of the shed to be visible, there is an option not to have any windows.
So that the inside of the shed remains perfectly dry, the roof is protected by felt that has been saturated with bitumen. This creates a waterproof material that can still breathe and, to prevent rippling and tearing, the felt has a polyester lining.
Such a large shed needs the strength provided by 44mm heavy-duty framing, this is enhanced by panels that are screwed together and corner braces that maintain the structure's rigidity. Roofing as extensive as this one tends to sag, that's why trusses have been positioned at regular intervals to prevent this from happening.
Options include 30cm shelving that is available in various lengths and, to give the shed stability if located on grass, gravel or soil, you can choose to have a matching base kit.
You can be sure that all the timber has been sourced sustainably from managed northern European forests where it has been grown slowly to develop unquestioned durability and, with a ten-year guarantee, you needn't be concerned with insect infestation, rot or decay.

Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
