Description
The Power 16 x 8ft Security Pent Shed has plenty of open storage space and the option to customise the entrance to suit your needs.
The timber used to build this shed is slow grown Scandinavian timber that's been deliberately selected for its known durability and resistance to warping, making it ideal for the construction of sheds. The timber has been dip treated with a preservative by submerging the wood and allowing it to dry thoroughly, due to this process the wood will not need treating for up to a year.
12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding has been used for its cosmetic look and benefits regarding water ingress; as each panel has a small profile it allows the water to run off the shed much quicker than alternative timber sheds. Further, the structure is supported by 44mm framing for added strength and braced corners leaving a neat finish inside.
A high-grade waterproof felt has been used for the roof which boasts a polyester backing to deter any rips or tears. PVC sills have been used around the windows further preventing any water ingress. Moreover, each window has been glazed with toughened glass and internally beaded meaning you with not need to fit these yourself.
All Power Security sheds are pre-fitted with a five-pin cylinder lock with three keys, accompanied by a 50mm thick bold and solid brass escutcheon plate leaving a smooth finish.

The EPDM will come with either an adhesive spray or a tin of adhesive with a roller, depending on the size of the building.
Please Note: the EPDM will be delivered separately from the garden building. While we will make every effort to coordinate delivery dates, it is possible that the EPDM will arrive on a different day than the garden building.
Delivery of EPDM is not available for Northern Ireland.

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on our Power branded sheds.
Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
