Description
The perfect size for particular locations and to accommodate a large selection of garden, domestic and perhaps work items, the Power 16ft x 6ft Security Pent Shed is built from top quality materials and is highly adaptable.
Depending on the access you prefer, a single door or double door can be fitted. You have another choice whether to enter the shed from the back or front and also on which side the rust-resistant galvanized hinges should be fixed.
All the valuable contents will be secured by a 5 pin cylinder lock with a 50mm bolt. You can operate the lock from inside the shed as well as outside, there are three keys and it has a solid brass escutcheon plate. For increased protection, anti-vandal hinge screws are supplied.
Substantial 44mm x 28mm framing gives the shed great strength and this is increased by panels that are screwed together. At the same time, corner braces ensure that the structure remains rigid.
The wall cladding, floor and roof are similarly constructed from weatherproof shiplap tongue & groove timber sustainably sourced from Scandinavia where it grows slowly to develop enviable durability and warp resistance.
The wood is dip treated using a specially formulated water-based preservative that contains wax. This means that the shed can be painted but no more preservative is required in the first year.
Premium felt that is saturated in bitumen and has a polyester backing to prevent rippling and tearing, waterproofs the roof and creates a dry interior environment in which all your belongings can be safely stored. There's generous headroom and although eight toughened glass windows let in useful light, they are positioned high up and all the contents remain out of view.
There's no doubt this is an impressively designed and superbly built shed with great adaptability, so it's no surprise that the manufacturers offer a ten-year anti-rot and decay guarantee.

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on our Power branded sheds.
Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
