Description
Power Sheds presents the 12 x 8ft security pent shed with anti theft benefits and generous storage space.
Built using slow grown Scandinavian timber that's been sustainably sourced and deliberately selected for its well-known durability as well as resistance to warping. The wood is then treated with a special wood formula with a wax additive, the treatment can last up to a year and will not need further treating in that time. As the preservative is water-based this shed can be painted should you wish.
Added strength comes from the 44mm framing with braced corners for a smarter and safer finish. Shiplap tongue and groove 12mm cladding has been used for the walls, roof and flooring leaving a sophisticated look. Furthermore, the use of shiplap cladding is also related to the water ingress, a small profile along each panel allows water to run off the wood much quicker than alternative timber sheds.
The roof is then covered in a high-grade premium waterproof felt complete with a polyester backing preventing ripples or tears, further preventing water ingress is the PVC sills used for the windows. Each window has also been glazed with toughened glazing and have been internally beaded meaning you will not need to fit them yourself.
For security and privacy, the windows have been positioned higher and narrower ensuring your possessions are not in view. Further peace of mind comes from the pre-fitted five pin cylinder lock with three keys and a 50mm thick bolt finished with a solid brass escutcheon plate for a flush finish.

Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
