Description
The versatile 12 x 4ft Overlap Pent Shed from Power is so adaptable, with doors and windows able to be customized to suit your preferences. In addition there are several other options to complete what is an outstanding garden building.
To suit the location, a single door can open to the right or left, or you can replace it with double doors. These can be installed at the front or back of the shed and they are all fitted with locks. The shed can be glazed with toughened safety glass windows or, if there is a need to keep the contents from view, you can choose to have a shed with no windows.
A matching base with spikes will ensure the shed remains stable and level, and there are also two types of shelving from which to choose, either 4ft or 6ft in length, to complete the inside of the shed.
There's no doubt this is a substantially built shed, owing its strength to high quality Scandinavian timber which has grown slowly to gain superb durability. It is sustainably sourced and dip treated in a special water based preservative for enhanced rot resistance. No further application of preservative is required for a year.
28mm framing, roof trusses and internal corner braces reinforce the shed, prevent the roof from sagging and ensure the structure stays rigid. Rustic style 10mm walls are both attractive and weatherproof with a 40mm overlap while the roof has a waterproof covering that allows the shed the breathe. So you can be sure that the interior, which has ample headroom, is always dry and welcoming.
The bitumen saturated roofing felt has a polyester lining so that it doesn't tear and both the floor and roof are crafted with the same hardwearing tongue & groove timber. All ironmongery is galvanized to prevent hinges and other metal fixtures from being damaged by rust, and Power are so confident about the longevity of this shed that they can offer a ten year guarantee.

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on our Power branded sheds.
Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
