Description
Perfect for an allotment, place of work or garden, the Power 10ft x 4ft Security Pent Shed will be a safe storage space that can be configured to match a particular location or your personal preferences.
All the items inside are protected by a 5 pin cylinder door lock which has a 50mm bolt. The lock has a solid brass escutcheon plate and the door can be secured from inside as well as outside with one of the three keys that are supplied.
So that certain locations can be accommodated you may want the door opening on the left or right and installed at the back or front of the shed. The design makes these variations possible and there's another option of having double doors replace the standard single door.
Thick 44mm x 28mm heavy-duty framing means that the structure will be equal to high winds and bad weather, especially as all the panels are screwed together and there are corner braces to ensure the shed stays rigid.
Wall cladding is weatherproof shiplap tongue & groove, this has an attractive appearance and is also remarkably practical as it repels rainwater. The floor and roof are in the same style with bitumen saturated felt which is lined with polyester protecting and waterproofing the roof.
Sustainably sourced from Scandinavia, the timber used to construct the cladding, floor and walls has grown slowly and is renowned for its hardwearing and warp-resistant nature, it is dip treated to augment these qualities and extend its lifespan.
The specially formulated preservative that's used is water-based so the shed can be painted if required but the wax that it contains means that no further treatment is needed for at least twelve months.
You'll appreciate the ample headroom that the pent roof creates and, so that interior has some light, there are four toughened glass windows with internal beading. Hinges and other ironmongery are galvanized against rust and anti-vandal hinge screws are supplied. So confident that no decay or rot will occur, the manufacturers offer a ten-year guarantee.

Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
