Description
Keep your garden tools and machinery away from unwanted visitors and prying eyes with the Power 10 x 16 ft security apex shed.
With a 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove construction throughout, including all of the wall panels, roof and floor, this shed has been built with longevity and durability in mind. The shiplap cladding will help to prevent water damage over time thanks to the profile at the top of each board that acts as a channel to help water run off the shed much quicker than standard tongue and groove buildings.
Each panel has been dip-treated in a special formula wood preserver that contains a wax additive for extra protection. This also means that you will not have to worry about re-treating the shed for a full year after purchase. Furthermore, the water-based properties of the preserver mean that you can paint the shed in a colour of your choice, should you so wish!
44 x 28mm heavy-duty framing can be found rounded at each corner and internal corner bracing has been added to each panel to increase strength and rigidity. You will also find that the ironmongery, including the hinges, door pull and turn buttons, have been galvanised to minimise oxidisation and slow down the natural rusting process.
The windows are supplied with toughened glass as standard and, what's more, they will arrive already internally beaded (so you don't have to fit them yourself) and complete with PVC sills for a stunning finish.
A solid brass escutcheon plate will provide a beautifully flush finish to the pre-fitted 5-pin cylinder lock which comes with 3 keys and a 50mm thick strong bolt. It is also double locking so that it can be operated from both sides for extra peace of mind.
Don't forget that this shed has an adaptable configuration, meaning you choose exactly where you would like the door and windows positioned upon installation, depending on garden limitations or, more simply, personal preference.

Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
