Description
With a robust construction featuring heavy-duty framing and a 50mm thick strong bolt, the Power 10 x 14 ft Security Apex Shed will certainly keep your valuables both safe and dry whatever the weather.
The high-security lock includes a pre-fitted 5-pin cylinder, 3 keys and is also double locking meaning you can operate it from both sides. A solid brass escutcheon plate will also be provided to give a beautiful flush finish.
12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber is used to build the entire construction, including the floor, roof and wall panels. The benefit of choosing shiplap cladding is the small channel-like profile that is positioned at the top of every board, allowing water to run off the shed quicker than normal tongue and groove. This contributes to helping the shed dry quickly after rainfall and preventing water damage over the years.
Internal corner bracing and heavy-duty 44 x 28mm framing has been added to every corner with the aim of maximising strength and rigidity whilst also providing a stunning finish. You will also find that the ironmongery, including the turn buttons, door pulls and all of the hinges, has been galvanised not only to look aesthetically pleasing, but also to minimise oxidisation and slow down the natural rusting process.
As standard, the windows are provided with toughened safety glass and will arrive already internally beaded so that you don't have the hassle of having to fit them yourself. You will also find PVC sills that will help to prevent water ingress whilst also providing a tidy finish.
Finally, don't forget that every panel has been dip-treated into our special formula wood preserver, containing a special wax additive for extra protection, meaning you won't have to think about re-treating the shed for a full 365 days. The preserver is water-based so that you can paint the shed a different colour, should you so wish.

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on our Power branded sheds.
Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Our standard delivery timeframe is normally within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been received, and will require the delivery carrier to contact you to book in and confirm the delivery date. If the delivery carrier is unable to contact you via the contact details given, the delivery lead time will naturally be extended.
Please allow an extra few days for parts of Scotland, bank holidays and/or during busy times of the year.
As deliveries can take place anytime between 08:00-18:00, we do not advise organising installation services until you have received your order. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses if this advice is not followed
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries, in most instances being an 18-tonne lorry. By placing an order with us, you confirm that there is ample access to the delivery location, with no restricted access to your property and space for the lorry to unload your garden building. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the property for the delivery to take place, the order will be placed on hold, and additional charges will be incurred to either re-deliver on a specialist smaller vehicle or for the order to be cancelled and the structure returned, which will also incur a return and cancellation charge.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
