Description
Keep your garden goods dry, safe and secure inside the Forest 6 x 4 ft overlap security pent shed, featuring windowless wall panels and a lockable interior with a hasp and staple latch.
Constructed from UK-grown 7mm straight-cut barge boards that boast a generous overlap, this shed has been built with longevity in mind. The overlap allows the timber to move naturally with the seasons, meaning the wood fibres can expand (swell) and contract (shrink) with ease. Furthermore, the shed is supported by around 30% thicker framing than that found on competitor timber sheds, providing a superior construction that will stand the test of time.
Boasting a new and improved modular design, this garden building is fully adaptable in configuration, meaning panels of the same size can be interchanged at your discretion. You also have control over the door placement, including fitting it with a left or right-hand opening, so you can ensure it functions as effectively as possible in your unique space. What's more, the pent roof makes this shed ideal for positioning against a wall or fence which is great for people with limited room or restrictions caused by unusually-shaped or small gardens.
Further quality can be found in the solid timber floor which is classed as 'extra-thick' at an impressive 12mm, allowing for the storage of heavy or bulkier items.
The roof is made from an 8mm solid sheet, making it equally as heavy-duty and robust. Included you will find a sand-felt cover that is green in colour and will provide complete protection against the British elements.
This traditional pent shed is hand-crafted with smooth-planed barge boards right here in the UK and will arrive with all of the necessary fixings and clear instructions to help you to achieve a quick and effective assembly.

Base Frame Accessory

If you have a concrete, slabbed or patio area prepared already, and wish to not heighten your new Forest structure off the ground, then it can be installed straight on top of your already prepared area, without the need for a base frame.

It can replace the need for a concrete or slabbed base area if you have a flat, compacted grass or soil area instead. The base frame can also be used to raise the structure up off the ground, out of direct contact with fallen rainwater.

We offer fast and free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest sheds.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details). Delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year depending on the availability of delivery vehicles.
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.
- Deliveries to the below postcode areas can take up to 7 working days extra, on top of the advertised lead-time:

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
