Unfortuantely, areas deemed as Northern Scotland by the carrier, as well as Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and select Isles will incur a separate pallet delivery charge. These areas being:

• Northern Scotland Tier 1 Delivery postcode areas: DD, PH(1-4, 14), PA (21-33), AB(10-25, 30, 39), PH(5-13), AB(26-29, 31-38, 40+), PH(15-18), IV(12-13, 30-32, 36), IV (1-11, 14-29, 33-35, 63), KW(1-14), PH(19-40, 49-50) and PA(34-38).
• Northern Scotland Tier 2 Delivery postcode areas: KA(27), IV(40-56), PA(20, 41-80), KA(28) and PH(41-44).
• Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland
• Select Isles: PO(30-41) (Isle of Wight), IM (Isle of Man), GY(1-8) and JE.

Sorry, we cannot deliver to HS, KW(15-17), ZE, GY(9, 10 - Alderney, Sark) or any other offshore island not listed above.

Delivery Period
All Borderstone products are made to order right here in the UK, on an order-by-order basis.

Delivery is normally completed within 5 - 10 Working Days (1 - 2 Weeks)
Larger items including statues may take slightly longer as they require a slightly longer period for crafting and curing.
Any cancellation of an order after your item has been crafted may incur in cancellation charges.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places, it's typically a lorry between 7.5 - 18 tonne. This will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location as a "curb-side delivery" service. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Once the delivery has been unloaded from off the driver's van, the customer has 10 minutes in order to unwrap and check the delivery contents for any damages before signing for and accepting a successful delivery. Any damages should be reported to the driver within this time frame, as once the driver has left, any claims for damages may not be successful.
