Excellent all round service just wish every one was the same
The lid for my filter has been broken for months. I did not won't to by a new one so I was holding out, as it was looking like I would have to spend quite a bit to get that filter new. Then I happen across this sight and for the price this was fantastic. I ordered it, it came, I installed it what more can I ask. Thank you

Spare part on top of filter
The turning 'switch' jammed open ( on two filters ) I believe the issue is that if the internal screw is screwed too tight, it does not allow easy turning. I have put the replacements in with less tightness. Seems to be OK. Can't easily rate quality, until it has run for a bit. Can rate phone support and it was close to brilliant. Not too expensive either. Paul
