Prompt and efficient service.

I can’t fault the service from Gardensite. They were helpful and efficient especially when I ordered the wrong product initially. Delivery and packaging was excellent. I have reservations about the quartz tube in that I find it very difficult to take the tube off without cracking it when changing the uv bulb.

I am trying to source a replacement quartz tube for a Bitron 36c UVC but I can't match the parts number in the handbook - 26042. I would also buy a replacement bulb and O rings at the same time, part nos. 55432, 26143 and 24850. Do you stock these items.
