1st time and very satisfied customer
After my UV packed up after just two years on my Hozelock Bioforce 14000. I managed to find a replacement UV head, but when I went to fit it, I discovered the cause of broken unit, it was the quartz tube. It seemed there were none in the country, but I found one here at Garden Site. I made a call and spoke to a very friendly and helpful staff member, who clarified they had another Quartz tube in stock. It arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged (important as the quartz tubes are very fragile). Excellent service, helpful friendly staff and recommended to all.
