Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 15 - 20 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location as a "curb-side delivery" service. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Once the delivery has been unloaded from off the driver's van, the customer has 10 minutes in order to unwrap and check the delivery contents for any damages before signing for and accepting a successful delivery. Any damages should be reported to the driver within this time frame, as once the driver has left, any claims for damages may not be successful.

Very pleased with the product - exactly what we had envisaged. Also impressed by fast and efficient service. It was delivered within a week of order, we were given a time slot and driver wheeled it to the exact spot in the back garden where we wanted it. Thoroughly recommend this company.
Is this frost proof?

We Replied:Dear Beatrice Thank you for your question. The base measures 52cm by 52cm at the widest width (octagonal shape). It's up to you whether you make a base however we would normally recommend this as having a base may be safer (to stop the whole thing from tilting if the grass surface is uneven). Also, if the bird bath is placed on a concrete base, it will make cutting grass a lot easier! The birdbath comes in sections so that it can be easily moved. If you have pets or children, you may wish to stick the sections together for safety. You can do this using either a concrete mix or something like 'No Nails' that you should be able to purchase from any local hardware store. Just make sure you have a way to keep the sections from sliding whilst the mixture is setting (however once this is done it will make moving the piece difficult).
