IMPORTANT
The plinth or pedestal must stand on a firm and level area where conditions and loadings are suitable. To ensure an equal weight distribution add 1 part cement to 8 parts sand to make a mortar for the bed and avoid any strain from twisting or pivoting. If you disregard these instructions, we can take no responsibility for breakages or cracking.

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales for Orders over £400.00.

Free delivery within Mainland England and Wales for Haddonstone orders over £400. Orders under £400 will incur a £40 delivery charge.
Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.

Scottish Highlands, offshore delivery and delivery outside of mainland England and Wales may be possible, and if so we will email you a separate quotation to confirm delivery and crating charges to your location before processing your order. In all instances you may contact us for a delivery quotation prior to ordering, please contact us today for a personalised quote.

Delivery Period
As these products are made to order and need time to be crafted and cured, delivery will typically be made within 10 - 20 working days (2 - 4 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply. 

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Elegant bird bath and great service

The bird bath looks elegant and simple in the bath stone colour and I think will age well. I accidentally ordered the bird table rather than the bird bath. The delivery driver said he would take it back immediately and tell the company. Within an hour I had an email asking if I would like to cancel my order or have the bird bath sent out instead. Delivery was then very prompt. Excellent service to rectify my own mistake.

Quality product

I wanted to replace a 10 year old resin bird bath that was falling to pieces with a better quality stone one. After a failed attempt (the company manufacturing my order went out of business due to Covid-19) I saw this and liked the simple, stylish design. It's available on several websites but, in a field evidently littered with charlatans (according to online reviews), Gardensite seemed to have better ratings than most. The delivery, which occurred yesterday, was slightly quicker than the 20-40 day timescale quoted, however I was given no warning that it was about to arrive. Luckily I had just returned home and was able to instruct the driver where to put it. It comes in two parts due to the heavy overall weight - they fit seamlessly together. The bird bath has met my expectations in terms of the quality of the product and overall appearance. The bowl is wide and shallow, which I think will be optimal for both large and small birds. The hardest decision was whether to chose the Portland or Bathstone finish - in the end I plumped for the former. Overall I think it was the right choice and it looks beautiful in the afternoon and evening light with a slight greyish hue coming through. However I have to say when I saw it this morning in bright sunlight it looked almost artificially white. I guess it's not reasonable to pass a final judgement until it has naturally weathered a bit.

Delightful and functional focal point for the garden

Photos are on the website - a 60th birthday present for a close friend ( per engraving, shown) Was "christened" within minutes of installation by a delightful blackbird, as also shown. This item is stylish - contemporary - we are all very pleased. Special thanks to Halls and to Haddonstone to swiftly provide a replacement within a couple of days, the day before the birthday, when first order was delivered damaged after a one month order. Much appreciated.
