Smaller orders under £40.00 are subject to a £6.95 delivery charge. Delivery will typically be made via pallet delivery within 5 - 7 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. Extra charges will apply to certain locations for example Isle of Wight and Islands. In some cases we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.

These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.

Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

Delivery Period

Delivery is approximately 5 - 7 working days. This may be extended during busy times of the year. This item is being distributed on a pallet. Once the consignment has reached your local delivery depot, the pallet company should call you to book in a convenient delivery date. 

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on large lorries which can generally get to most places with standard-sized roads with ample access, and where turning space is available, although this will depend on the item that is being delivered, and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order. Generally, deliveries will be booked in with you over the phone once the consignment has reached your local delivery depot. 

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location as a "curb-side delivery" service. The courier's drivers cannot carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Once delivered, any damages and/or missing items should be reported to us without delay. Photographic evidence of damage needs to sent to us in order for us to raise a replacement if required.
