Description
There are many reasons why you might install a Palmako Melanie 10 x 10 ft corner log cabin in your garden, the most obvious is generous full length glazing that creates such a bright interior.
A wonderful place to relax, perhaps used as a hobby room or just as a hideaway for sunny days, this is a stylish log cabin that has many high-quality features.
The glazing that lets in so much light is 4mm safety glass, the double doors are fitted with a cylinder lock and there's a stainless steel covered low door sill.
Inside the fittings are no less impressive with solid wood tongue & groove roof and floors, respectively 16mm and 19mm, and the walls have a thickness of 28mm.
To ensure the cabin's sturdy nature, there are wind braces and the foundation joists are treated. Logs are chalet cut for protection against the elements, this style is also extremely attractive to the eye, as is the whole structure.

Free delivery applies within mainland England and Wales but excludes Scottish Borders, mainland Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles.
Delivery to Scotland postcodes will require a delivery surcharge, which can be seen on the delivery options above.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of the product, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, any other Offshore Island or Isle or to another country.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 20 - 30 working days (4 - 6 weeks).
The carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product
This product is made to order and imported on an order-by-order basis. Therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production and/or importation may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles & Unloading
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton or 15-ton lorry, which is about the size of a dustbin lorry or large flatbed, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. Any pallets and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.
More About Palmako Products
All Palmako products, as standard and unless otherwise stated are delivered unassembled in kit form with the timber being unpainted and untreated. Roofing options such as felt, EPDM and shingles may not come as standard so please check the description carefully. Depending on the model, we suggest additional extras and accessories to match with your Palmako building such as timber treatment and roofing options - these can be found under product options. Sizes shown are maximum dimensions and should be used for guidance only.

We have seen the Melanie pavilion elsewhere with plain glass in the doors and windows, not Georgian style. Is it possible to choose whether to have plain or Georgian glazing?
We Replied:Dear Tilly Thank you for your question. The Georgian style bars are included as standard on most Palmako buildings, however they are completely optional to install when setting up the building at home. The bars are simply screwed to the outer frames of the windows and doors (over the glass) to give the Georgian design, but as they aren't part of the structural integrity can be left off if you prefer, just leaving the long pain windows as they are.
