Installable into an existing roof vent, these automatic openers are very effective in maintaining the most appropriate humidity and temperature levels in a greenhouse by automatically opening and closing a vent.

An automatic roof vent opener becomes a very useful accessory, allowing the best conditions to prevail and ensuring all your plants continue to thrive as it opens and closes a roof vent within your greenhouse as and when the external temperature changes.

Ideal for ensuring your greenhouse doesn't overheat during the summer, or for long periods away from the home. Designed specifically for use with Vitavia branded greenhouses and Vitavia roof vent frames which can be found here.

Vent opener

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong product at first but this was resolved and the required product arrived quickly. It is relatively easy to fit and works perfectly.

Works like a charm

Initial look at the instructions and I thought this looks a bit fiddly. But when you put it up to the roof vent it becomes clear how to fit it. Fitting was actually quite straightforward, and product works absolutely fine. No more visiting the greenhouse morning and night to open and close roof vents manually.

Dear Pat Thank you for your question. Turn the cylinder clockwise to achieve an earlier/higher opening & anti clockwise to achieve a later/lower opening.
