Standard greenhouse delivery to our inclusive locations is normally within 5 working days.
Applicable to our inclusive locations which cover the majority of England, Wales & Southern Scotland excluding our non-standard bespoke delivery areas.

Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions we can't ship this product range to the following offshore isles: Barray, Fair, Fetlar, Flotta, Foula, Gramsay, Hoy, Isle, Ronaldsay, Scalpay, Scilly, Unst, Virkie and Yell.

You may be wondering why we have to charge surcharges to deliver to some areas - unfortunately this is down to the delivery carrier providers and something that is out of our hands. Greenhouses are large, heavy and require a specialty delivery service to ensure that the frame and delicate fragile glass reach our customers in perfect condition. Due to the nature of them being bulky, heavy freight and with abnormal sizing compared to a standard boxed parcel, delivery providers supplement the delivery with additional consignment charges.

Next Day Greenhouse Delivery Summary
We can offer a next day delivery service on some of our greenhouses, selectable using the delivery option above.
To meet our deadline for this service you must order before 11.00am to ensure delivery for the next working day. This service excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Unfortunately, our next day delivery service is not available to our non-standard areas and locations:

Greenhouse Accessories Delivery Summary
Orders for greenhouse accessories over £60 get inclusive standard delivery, however, smaller orders under £60.00 are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge.
Delivery of greenhouse accessories will typically be made within 2 - 3 working days but may be extended during peak times.

Unfortunately, our standard delivery for greenhouse accessories does not cover the below areas and a surcharge will apply: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.

Stock Availability
We work hard to have enough stock to meet demand, and strive to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible.
You are welcome to e-mail us for exact availability before ordering if delivery lead times and stock quantities are crucial to you placing an order with us. On the rare occasion where an order includes an out of stock line, we will not debit your payment, and instead, we will contact you to see if you would like to swap to a substitute.

How Delivery Is Made
Delivery of your new greenhouse is made on a wooden pallet via a third-party pallet delivery service. The glazing is securely packaged inside a wooden crate, whilst the greenhouse frame and fixings is flat-packed into cardboard boxes.
Delivery of greenhouse accessories ordered without a greenhouse are made via Royal Mail or a third-party courier delivery service.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry which is on average the size of a dustbin lorry. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery of the pallet will be made to the front of the property at the nearest available location. When the order is delivered, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. The pallet can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. The delivery driver will not unload the pallet or carry or move the item(s) inside your home or back garden, so please ensure that you are available at the time of delivery to move the delivered items to a safe location within your property.
