Are Halls Qube greenhouses any good?

In short - the answer is a definte yes! Generally, manufacturer's  don't like to change what isn't broken and for the past 40 years, the team at Halls have been crafting pretty much the same ranges and models as you'll find today. However, this all changed with the introduction of their Qube greenhouse range, being stronger and more practical for growing than anything made previously!

With the idea to add extra durability to cope with the more demanding British weather, while making the installation process easier for green-fingered gardeners, the Qube was born. Not named 'Qube' for the shape of the actual greenhouse (well - except for the square 6 ft by 6ft and 8ft by 8ft models), Qube refers to the new frame which has been uniquely designed to offer a stronger core and quicker build time.

Each piece of the greenhouse's main frame makes use of cube-shaped bars, which offer a lot more strength than standard greenhouse frames while also boasting integral chambers which allow glazing and bar capping to be secured much more easily than with standard models. On top of that, it's all powder coated in a modern black colour finish which adds extra protection against rust and weathering, helping to keep it look as new for longer. No matter the size, each model comes complete with 3mm thick toughened safety glass for the wall glazing as standard, wide 6cm gutters along both sides, a low threshold entry door that's pad-lockable and a 10-year manufacturer's warranty for general peace of mind.
