How to Fit Cropped Head Nuts and Bolts

The idea is you turn the bolt with the two cropped angles on the sides, and the non cropped angles on the top and bottom. Holding the bolt element you can feed the cropped head into the aluminium greenhouse chanelling. It can easily be moved up and down to were you want to locate it. Turn the bolt through 90 degrees so it won't fall out. Secure with the nut. In most cases you will be securring a shelf or some other greenhouse aid into the greenhouse. This is the fixing method.
