It boasts an integral aluminium reflector to ensure maximum heat output in the direction it is pointing, up to a huge 1800W of heated power that can travel up to 3.5 metres.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Excellent Gazebo - Well Made & Solid!
For the retailer - Amazing service, quick delivery, as described and would definitely shop again! For the manufacturer and retailer - Excellent product, the most sturdy gazebo I have ever seen. Instructions are exact. Only issue I have is with the curtains which I purchased. Yes they're waterproof, but I wouldn't go as far as saying weatherproof as per the website. When it's windy they blow all over the place and there's no way they would last the winter here - I know it states to store somewhere dry throughout the winter, but winter hasn't hit yet and I haven't really been able to use them (due to the reason above), so for me personally If I had the option to buy again or advise a friend I would advise against purchasing the extra curtains. Lastly in the middle where the gazebo joins (the longer parts, where the bracket goes on the inside with 4 screws) there is a very slight dip - i think due to the length of the whole thing and weight, therefore it makes it not totally level in the middle and when it rains a lot instead of the water evenly going to the sides it mounts up in the middle-edge on back and front and then drips a line down if you know what I mean. Maybe it's something I did, but i'm guessing because there is a join there and it's the centre point that's the reason. Overall except for the curtains and the small issue of the join in the middle back and front i'm happy with it and have received a lot of positive comments from them!

Gazebo is just perfect.
Brilliant, ......We have erected it against the sunroom, with bi-folds leading out to it, the gazebo is well designed, and has UVA roof, which is a real bonus!! Very pleased alll round, will look even better when we grow climbers up the legs etc. ( in fact we ended up buying another smaller one for further down the garden.)

How does the roof drain? Where do I get side curtains from?
We Replied:Dear Chris Thank you for your question. On each side of the gazebo's roof are compact guttering channels which collect and route rainwater to one of the four corner posts. At the top of the each post you'll find a water outlet which can be used to connect a pipe. From there the water can be streamed into a suitable waterbutt or container if you wish to capture it. Without connecting a hose or waterbutt, any rainwater would simply flow out of the gutter outlet from each post. In regards to curtains, we have now added these to the product page as an accessory - you'll be able to find them further down the page after the delivery options section. We've been told by the manufacturers that one strip would be fine for soft light and two would be required for bright light.
