Description
The Lugarde Palma gazebo VB01 is more than a gazebo, it's a fabulous enhancement for your garden. A perfect place to spend time relaxing outdoors, it can also be a popular addition to commercial property such as a hotel or wedding venue.
A magnificent structure made all the more impressive through the use of northern European pinewood that has been kiln dried to remove moisture and ensure warp and rot resistance.
Although a transparent pre-treatment that provides weatherproofing will retain wood's lovely appearance, other colours can be chosen that suit your taste or the landscape.
Further waterproofing is provided by a rubber membrane that covers the roof, so the interior is perfectly dry and ready to welcome anyone who wants to enjoy the lovely surroundings.
In addition to looking so good, the gazebo has great strength with substantial supports and walls underpinned by pressure-treated foundation beams. Its robust nature therefore matches a very fine appearance.

Floor Customisations
without a Floor
A no floor option for if you plan on placing your summerhouse straight onto a decked, patio, slabbed or concrete area and wish to use that as your summerhouse floor.
with Veranda-Style Wood Floor
A hardy, veranda-style wooden floor for the canopy/open area of the structure. The veranda-style floor is grooved Siberian larch wood, which is comparable to hardwood, boasting weather resistance without the need for any further treatment.
Treatment & Paint Customisations
Buildings are delivered untreated (exc. foundation beams which are pressure treated), or choose a pre-treatment or pre-treatment with painted exterior upgrade.
Pre-Treatment - Completed on the interior and exterior sections, including main walls, door/window frames and floor (if applies). Spray pre-treatment includes a primer and an after-spray pre-treatment to protect the wood against rot and fungi. The exterior should be re-treated yearly for optimal weather protection.
Pre-Treatment & Painted - Exterior walls, window frames and door frames are both spray pre-treated and painted giving optimal protection against rot and fungi and a professional colour finish, protecting the exterior for up to 5 years before requiring retreatment. Whilst the inside walls, floor (if applicable), roof and window/door frames are spray pre-treated in a clear spray treatment, ready to be internally decorated in your chosen interior design scheme at home.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 30 - 40 working days (6 - 8 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. The carrier will be in contact to book a convenient delivery date nearer the delivery timeframe.
Vehicles We Use
Cabins are delivered directly to you from the Lugarde factory in Holland in a self-assembly kit form and will be offloaded using a piggy-back forklift truck to the nearest curbside only. The lorry is a large articulated type and so access must be suitable should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
Bespoke Crafted To Order Notice
A Lugarde building order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. These items are deemed as a bespoke product as each one is crafted to order on a one-off basis specifically for you. Wood is a unique and natural product and the finish on the boards will vary. Variation will be seen as coarse or fine grain and shades of colour. Such properties are normal in wood and cannot be seen as a defect.
