Description
No longer will you have to endure getting wet as you try and locate the correct door key, as the Aquila 1500 Door Canopy is a very attractive and effective way of shielding an entrance from inclement weather.
The canopy's qualities are as you would expect from Palram Canopia who use top quality lightweight materials that are exceptionally tough.
At 4mm thick, the canopy will resist high impact and is very easily fitted using pre-drilled profiles. Other features include an aluminium gutter and gaskets to ensure that there is no rust or water seepage.
Fixtures and fittings are all included with the canopy.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

I found this product of good quality for the price and certainly meets the strength and rigidity required for the application. It recently was subjected to a couple of days of very strong winds without any effect. I installed the product on my own with a slight modification to the written instruction in that I assembled the complete framework structure once the side arms were securely in place and then flexed the polycarbonate sheet into both slots. In my installation it did require some additional sealant to prevent the odd drip running down the wall as the rubber seal was not 100% tight. I suspect this to be the case for most applications due the uneven nature of building walls. Following the drawing layout given in the instructions and centering them on your particular doorway will lead to a satisfactory and attractive installation.

Is the location of support arms fixed? If yes, at what distance from edge? Can I remove a 100mm X 100mm corner section from rear edge of canopy without significant impact on performance?
We Replied:Dear Rod Thank you for your question. The brackets are located 15cm from the end of the panel, so cutting out a corner section shouldn’t cause any issues.
