Description
The Lotus Storage Boxes offer a practical, sturdy and protective place to store those smaller garden items and outdoor equipment from cushions to toys.
Designed for long term use outdoors, but also perfectly suited for indoor use, these metal garden storage boxes are made from strong hot dipped, painted and galvanised steel panels. This makes them incredibly durable and weather resistant, hence the 15 year anti-rust guarantee as standard.
Two hydraulic arms attached to the lid makes it super easy and smooth when opening and closing, while a catch at the front allows it be locked with a padlock at home. The design of the storage box is so heavy duty that it can even be used as a bench when you need extra seating space for the kids during family garden get togethers!

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

How waterproof are these boxes? If I sealed the seams silicone sealant, then screwed together, would this make a difference?
We Replied:Dear Tony Thank you for your question. We wouldn't say that this storage box is 100% waterproof, it is probably showerproof but may not withstand torrential rain.
