The Athena Arbour is attractively styled with full board apex roof and lattice sides.

Manufactured from pressure treated FSC certified timber throughout, it has a spacious and comfortable slatted seat that's large enough for two adults.

Assembly is simple, and can be completed quickly as all the major sections are pre-assembled when they arrive.

The result will be a delightful arbour that has a seven year anti-rot guarantee and whose presence will enhance any garden.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

surprisingly good

I was surprised at how good this was for the price. I expected it to be flimsy but it was actually sturdy. Parts of it were already assembled so was easy to put together. Pre -drilled holes would have made it even easier but for the great price ...excellent value for money. Children in the Nursery have loved it . Creates a lovely place for them to sit and talk.

Does the arbour have to be fastened to the ground? Also, as I am a pensioner living alone, would the driver deliver to my patio which is approx. 10 metres from gate along a flat surface?

Dear Tricia Thank you for your question. In regards to fastening it down, it depends on where you plan on placing it. If it's to go in an open area with no natural wind barriers around (fencing, hedges, bushes etc) then it may need to be secured by the feet with some L-brackets or spikes. Due to the nature of this product, the 3rd party delivery carrier usually delivers to the front of the property to the nearest location. As per their health and safety regulations, they are not obliged to carry these items inside your home or to a back garden. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item, but this is not something which we can guarantee so we would suggest asking the driver at the time of its delivery.
