Pond Water Lilies

Water Lilies, especially when in bloom can look extremely beautiful within a pond environment, providing a wide range of colourful flowers and floating leaves. Rooted into the soil underneath the water, water lilies (or the less common name Nymphaeaceae) grow upwards, emerging their leaves and flowers above the water surface. There are many species available, each with their own flowering design and colour.
