Replacement Ballast pond clear

Replacement ballast purchased for our koi pond clear uv light . We had change bulb but still did not clear pond . So was told to replace ballast . Was so simple to replace . It was just finding stockist . I ordered and I had a fast delivery and it works , lot cheaper than replacing whole unit .

With my Koi pond UV ballast unit has overheated and failed, I ordered this 55 watt TMC unit expecting it to be wired to fit to the unit. Do I just cut the wires on the old one and slot them into the ends of the new ballast unit ? Is there a proper order to slot the ends in?
