I have a Fish Mate Powerclenz pond system 1500PS that has been running non-stop for 5 years without a problem. I have used a service kit for the pump but never changed the UV tube. I have lost the info that came with the system which I think is a 9000 (279) & Fish Mate 15000 P-UV Pond Filter (Ref. 267) - could you please advise which replacement UV tube I need and how to get hold of another manual?
We Replied:Dear Leonard Thank you for your question. Providing you are correct this model of filter takes a 13w uv bulb and needs replacing every 6-9 months for maximum effect.
