I have a pond or waterfall pump in my spring fed pond. I want to use the water to irrigate my garden. What connection can I get to connect the black pond ribbed hose to a regular garden hose?

I need to step from a 12mm hose to a 21.4mm hose to run a 3000lph water pump. Will the 12mm to 20mm be ok with jubilee clips as well?
