I need a black corrugated hose with an internal diameter of 25 or 26mm. is the figure quoted for this product the outside or inside diameter?

Friday 18th, September, 2015I have a Fish Mate UV Bio Filter which has one inlet and two large outlet connections. I want to extend the hoses to about 4ft away from the pond. What diameter of clear hose and black corrugated hose do I need?
