Marcia Asked:
How do I change the impeller in my Bermuda pump?
We Replied:
Dear Marcia
Thank you for your question.
The front casing will pull off with some force and that will uncover the well cover. This will need to be turned to release the locking lugs thus revealing the impeller. Remove the old impeller and shaft and replace with the new one.

carol moakes Asked:
When I turn the fountain down the waterfall goes down as well, is that right or is it broken as it has a 2 way pipe on it?
We Replied:
Dear Carol
Thank you for your question.
This is certainly not right as there are two different dials, one for the waterfall and one for the fountain. I would dismantle the pump and tee piece and clean it thoroughly, ensuring there is no debris blocking the part were the dials are.

Linda Wallan Asked:
I have had a Bermuda 1500 submersible pump for some years, in which direction do I push to remove the base - toward the slanted end or toward the vertical end?
We Replied:
Dear Linda
Thank you for your question.
The pump slides back off the mount but you can usually open the pump cage without removing the mount.

John Asked:
Is this pump suitable to filter the water and power a fountain in a pond that is about 3ft deep?
We Replied:
Dear John
Thank you for your question.
This is just a pump and will not filter your pond water. For this application I would recommend a product such as the Filtral 3000:
