Please Note: We advise that you always drain water features during the winter to prevent the water inside freezing and damaging the feature. The best way to protect your fountain is to use a protection cover.

Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

How loud is the trickling water, can it be heard easily or is it mainly a visual feature?
We Replied:Dear Diane Thank you for your question. This is quite a quiet feature as the water trickles over the ball and down into the reservoir, unlike some of the other features that have multiple waterfalls’.
